The accommodation is in old converted farm buildings on our working arable and fruit farm in the Kent Downs, the rooms are arranged around a landscaped courtyard giving privacy and good security.

Six fully heated en-suite rooms sleep up to 30 guests, one 2 person, one 4 person, two 5 person, one 6 person and one for 8 persons.

Quality custom made double beds and 3' bunk beds. Duvets, freshly laundered linen and continental breakfast included in price.

Drying room, car parking and secure cycle storage.

Good value pub meals are available at the Chequers Inn in the village. There are four other Pubs serving food within a two miles of us.

Numerous footpaths, woods, open access areas and villages to explore. Please ask about maps, walk guides, nature walks and cycling routes etc

Wonderful wildlife; close to North Kent Marshes, RSPB and Kent Wildlife Trust sites, just a short car drive to RSPB Elmley Marshes, Stodmarsh and Blean Ancient Woodland reserves.
